The Different Stages of Osho Kundalini Meditation

The very first step in the practice of oshodi or shiatsu massage is the first step of oshodi meditation. The first stage is called shiatsu oshodi and it is also sometimes referred to as silent awareness meditation. It is a very gentle yet focused form of meditation that relaxes the body and mind. During the shiatsu oshodi process, the masseur will use his hands to apply pressure on the different areas of the body in order to help restore the body’s natural flow of energy.

The shiatsu oshodi is often best done as a full seated, late afternoon, or early evening massage. When fully immersed, the massage will have completely relax the client. If the masseur so desires, he can also perform the procedure in a standing position if his client is unable to sit. Either way, the goal is to achieve as much of a deep state of relaxation as possible.

The second step in this practice is called shiatsu jing. This step is performed on an office chair or similar seating, but not on the floor. In this step, the client is required to remain entirely seated. The shiatsu practitioner will place his hands on the shoulders and around the neck, while lightly rubbing the hands up and down the back. The purpose of this rubbing is to help stimulate the body’s energy channels and to encourage the development of a more stable and balanced nervous system.

In shiatsu jing meditation, the movements are slow and steady. There is stillness all throughout the meditation. The sensation of the hands is steady and powerful, yet not overbearing. The purpose of this form of mediation is to allow the person’s awareness to become very concentrated and focused. At the end of the meditation, the practitioner feels peaceful and at ease. This form of mediation is sometimes combined with Osho kundalini meditation for additional benefits.

The third and final stage of Osho kundalini meditation is known as shilajit. It is usually reserved for those who are extremely comfortable with sitting still for long periods of time and are able to remain fully immersed in a dark room without the need for any lighting. In this state, the meditator can focus on a single point of interest, visualize an object, or begin to descend into a trance-like state.

These early morning or mid-afternoon shilajit methods are not only highly effective but also relatively easy to do. They can be practiced by anyone and can be started within a few short hours of waking up. One of the most important things to remember about shilajit is that it should be practiced very carefully. This is an excellent way to become very clear and aware of one’s own psychic energy. This awareness can be harnessed and improved in many ways, including via self-hypnosis, biofeedback, or consciously using visualization. When properly done, this early morning or mid-afternoon Osho kundalini meditation can play a crucial role in opening a number of energetic pathways throughout the body.

The fourth stage of this practice is known as active meditation. It is typically much more difficult than shilajit, as it involves deep internalized attention to the breath and the sensations that arise from the breath. In some cases, it is necessary to completely focus on the sensations as they arise in order to bring them back down again, at which point the session would be considered effective. Active meditation may involve holding a pendulum, playing the drum, or even just focusing without moving any physical objects.

The last two stages of this ancient practice are called restorative and dynamic. Restorative sitting is a form of sitting that requires no effort on the part of the meditator. This allows the person to relax and let go of any stresses related to current mental activities, as well as past traumas. Dynamic meditation, however, involves moving the legs slightly or moving the body in a certain way in order to access different energetic centers. There are several different methods for doing this, and depending on the type of restorative sitting method that was used, some people find that shaking the jar may be necessary.
