Samadhi is also known as Srbija or asamprajnata. It gives enlightenment to the mind and helps to realize the spiritual practices. In this type of consciousness, entire bodies being are joined. It can connect the body with physical, mental, spiritual and mental aspects. Samadhi gives us total consciousness of the outside. It feels like a complete bliss of life and super enlightenment.
Samadhi is the 8th or the last stages of the royal ashtanga yoga. There are 3 levels of samadhi one can practice. Let me tell you about them.
The 1st Stage Of Samadhi Is Known As Savikalpa
The mind is totally depended on the aspect of a physical object. This can be described as learning the inner learning of life or examination. Every aspect of life is understood in this way and gaining full knowledge is a part of this. Here the mind is always devoid of the world that is outside. The is mind needs no reflection or reasoning in life.
Nirvikalpa Samadhi Or The 2nd Stages Of This
In Nirvikalpa one feels that his own heart is even larger than the universe. The heart is so big that the universe feels like a dot inside it. One cant feel bliss anymore, but he becomes the bliss oneself. It is very similar to the consciousness that is very divine, Recognising divinity in oneself is the truest meaning of this.
Both savikalpa and Nirvikalpa are two temporary types of samadhis. One can achieve them by fully withdrawing herself from the earthly matters. A yogi lives his life in the support of unbound divine. Samadhi is like living 200 percent of one’s life.
Dharmamegha Or The 3rd And Final Stage Of This
Dharmamegha samadhi can also be termed as a cloud of virtue. At this level one simply loses the desire to know god or go to the path of enlightenment. One cannot gain this by practicing anything. When all the efforts of life will dissolve only then the samadhi could be achieved. The temptation of yogic power brings the liberation and the bliss of life in a much higher aspect.
The Life After Achieving The Samadhi
When samadhi is the goal of the life of one, he should have a regular practice of it. There is a blessing a new day brings to the world. It helps to explore and takes the soul into a new level of the perfect moment to know the divine. The yogi, who has achieved the 3 stages of this in his mortal life, doesn’t get trap in the well-being of this world.
As long as one’s consciousness is clouded over by the greed of the mortal world one is unable to rich the true state of mind. Being in the light of this, one can realize the true nature of the universe. He can also understand the relative world of time and space. The world which he rightfully left behind.
