Osho meditation every morning will help you to concentrate on work more. Everybody is their freshest form in the morning. And at the end of each day, the exhaustion comes.  Because the atmosphere is full of oxygen in the morning when we start the day. And at the end of the day, the air fills with carbon dioxide more, it makes us dull and dizzy. Kind of the same thing occurs in us. Techniques Of Osho Meditation:

Here let’s look at the techniques of Osho meditation.

1. Breathe In

Breathing generally depends on someone’s emotional changes and physical activities. It changes from slow to rapid. We are hardly conscious of our breathing. It’s a natural process. In Osho meditation, one can master his/her breathing. The breathing can change into intense, deep and fast.

Fill the lungs with air fully until you can feel that you are breathing. Move the body more physically to increase the energy and make it rise while breathing.

2. Release The Lungs Air Is The Second Step of Osho Meditation:

In this part, you need to release the air you are holding. The air you took at the beginning of it. Release the air from your lungs and feel that you lose the pressure. Releasing the pressure will make you feel free. It will help you to live life a little bit smoother and better. Try to sing or dance or even squeal with laughter. Don’t think about what the other might be thinking. Fill the entire place with your presence. Always stay active and never let your mind control you. Consciously feel free to live loose and feel complete.

3. Mantra

When the energy starts to kick in the body, the body will feel energized. Just raise the arm above the head and shout the mantra “Hoo” and jump up and down. Each time the landing will occur feel the sound of your pelvic region’s movement. Push yourself to the most and jump as much the minds want. Exhaust yourself completely.

4. Observe The Body Is The Last Step Of Meditation:

After the massive movement of your body, when you feel exhausted stop everything. Do not move even a little, it will spoil the energy flow. Stand like a statue and feel the effects on your body. Let the energy to light up the body.

Let the energy of your own body to overwhelm you and make you joyed with purity. Celebrate love and generosity. Express all your happiness by dancing and singing. The entire procedure will take a maximum of an hour. You will feel rejoice after every season.
