Know About The Parts Of Your Brain:

You first need to understand the three parts of the brain before we start discussing the channels through which it communicates.

The thinking mind: the part of the brain that performs the function of thinking is called the neocortex. It is perhaps the superior part of your brain. It is here that your thoughts and identity stays. This part of the grain helps you to learn, analyze, remember, create, and plan. If we put this in simple words, then we can say that it is here that your knowledge and experience is stored. Humans spend most of the hours when they are awake to use this portion of the brain. But thIs is not true because, in reality, you are using 5% of the time you are using your thinking mind.

The emotional mind: this part of the brain can be called as the limbic brain. This is perhaps the highest developed area of the brain. You can find this in mammals. This part of the brain releases chemicals based on some conditions. This, in turn, affects your whole body. It helps you to form long term memories since we remember certain feelings or emotions that are linked to a particular experience, which is why we remember the emotions and feelings more than the experience.

The Subconscious Mind:

We call the subconscious mind as the cerebellum. All your habits, behaviors and attitude is stored here. Like for example, breathing. You do not remember that you have to breathe. But you are still doing it. This is because your conscious part of the brain has taken control of your unconscious mind. You will be surprised to know that in a day, you are using 95% of the time your subconscious mind. As everything gets stored here.
