There Are Various Posture For Zen Meditation

Hands Position Of Arms
Put the left hand on the right. Put the palms towards the sky. Make an oval to touch each other and form a straight line with your hands. Rest both wrists on your thighs.

It is the most important factor for it. To establish a calm breathing experience try to breathe in through the nose while keeping the mouth closed. This is very similar to martial art breathing.

Try to seat from a distance of 1 meter from the wall. Take some deep breaths. Make a fist with your hands. Your thumbs have to be inside your fingers. Make sure that the back of your hands remains on your knees. You have to make your fingers up while doing this. Close the hand in a fist. Balance the body from left to right. Try this for 3-4 times.
Finishing Is Essential
After finishing zazen remain on the cushion for a few moments. Do not talk for some minutes.
