Pranayama

In the lotus pose, seat in a straight line. Keep the spine, head, and neck in one line. Inducing a breathing exercise will bring great clarity to the brain. A sense of balance becomes clear in the mind. However, it helps to revitalize the body. A type of pranayama is kapalbhati. Kapalbhati focused on the exhalation of the air and helps to influx the oxygen.

Padma Asana Or The lotus

The Padma Asana is very difficult for the beginners and easy for them who practice. Sitting the heals closer to the body and keeping the feet together while erecting the spine. Many doctors suggest this for the smooth function of the liver. This asana is an excellent choice for people suffering from a liver problem.

Sarvang Asana Or Shoulder Stand

Shirish Asana Or The Asana Of The Head
